Operational Due Diligence (pre-deal). This offering is all about gaining insights about the target, identifying synergies and operational improvements, and constructing the integration plan for the buyer. We support assessment of the target company through operational due diligence (ODD) to define synergies and performance improvement opportunities. We summarize our key findings and recommendations, prioritize the value creation levers, and build an implementation roadmap to outline the resources and timelines to achieve maximize returns quickly while balancing feasibility and level of effort with the Buyer.
Value Creation (post-deal). This is where the rubber meets the road. We begin executing our 100 Day Plan to capture the value creation opportunities outlined in the initial phase. This includes a one-two punch of capturing quick wins and planning long-term strategic initiatives. We set up a Transformation Management Office (TMO) to guide the value creation effort. We reinvent the operating model and introduce data analytics and metrics to provide accountability. We also provide interim leadership and coaching to teams to accelerate results and build upon sustainable skillsets in-house.
