Our flagship offering. For management teams who realize incremental improvements are not enough. You have dozens of ideas but do not know where to start. You have doubts as to whether your organization is up to the challenge. Transformation is a demanding, yet inspiring journey. If you MUST change, we will show you the way.
Transformation Scenarios:
We will lead you through the Five Phases of Transformation to develop a Transformation Agenda that encompasses your company’s value-proposition, culture, strategy, opportunities, capabilities, and resourcing.
Discovery Phase. The goal of this phase is to define as much about the organization as possible. We will collect data, conduct site visits, interview leaders, and facilitate executive workshops for the purpose of defining the company’s value-proposition, capabilities, and opportunities. Collectively, the fact-base and insights generated during this phase are used to declare why the organization must change.
Strategy Phase. The goal of this phase is to develop the Transformation Agenda which defines the scope of what must change for the organization to realize its full potential. Our team will screen each opportunity against the company’s value-prop and existing capabilities to provide clarity over short- and long-term priorities. We will conduct executive workshops to achieve buy-in and assist the management team in communicating the changes to the broader organization.
Planning Phase. The goal of this phase is to plan the first wave of initiatives and mobilizing A-players within your organization to help us stand up the Transformation Management Office (TMO). Commissioning projects that are immediately actionable from a resourcing perspective in more important than the Transformation Agenda itself. Small wins build momentum. Momentum increases confidence. Confidence embraces change. Embracing change strengthens culture.
Execution Phase. The goal of this phase is to operationalize the TMO which functions to support commissioned projects. Most implementation risk can be mitigated through feasibility planning, but inevitably problems will occur. While the TMO is an accountability mechanism, it is also a support mechanism for 'at-risk' projects that may require SWAT Team support, executive help, or additional resources.
Advisory Phase. While the journey is far from over, your organization is on a direct path to success. You have commissioned projects underway that are sufficiently resourced and executing well against plan. You have experienced problems, but the TMO has addressed them. Momentum is building and people are becoming more confident. We helped you recruit the necessary talent, and we have empowered your A-players. It is time we transition to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins to ensure the agenda is being accomplished and the benefits are being realized.
