About Us

Strategic Ops Partners is a flat organization comprised of former private equity executives, consultants, and operators who recognize the importance of delivering results quickly through pragmatic planning and execution. With over 50 years of experience running and consulting private equity-backed middle market portfolio companies, we have developed a differentiated business model designed to create significant value at unprecedented speed.

Former Independent consultant leading engagements with Bed Bath & Beyond (Supply Chain Strategy) and The Blackstone Group (Analytics).

Scott Stankiewicz

 Former VP of Strategy at Channel Control Merchants, a KKR Portfolio Company. Managed teams leading planning, buying, and supply chain strategy.


 Venture Partner at REFASHIOND, an early-stage supply chain technology fund that sources deals from The Worldwide Supply Chain Federation. 


Former Independent consultant, leading engagements with Bed Bath & Beyond to optimize portfolio and eliminate excess inventory (Gross Margin Enhancement).


Former Kearney consultant within Strategic Operation Practice. Deep expertise in Supply Chain, Due Diligence / M&A, Operations Strategy, and Cost Transformation.


Former Operations Leadership Development Program at BAE Systems, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineer at Delphi Automotive (a GM Company).


Extensive industry experience in Private Equity, Industrials, Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, and Automotive.

Michael Kassis

 15+ years in operations across diverse industries, with leadership roles in public, private, and PE-backed middle market businesses.


Former roles include Director of Logistics at LegalZoom and Earth Class Mail, Director of Engineering & Analytics at Channel Control Merchants (a KKR-backed company), and Engineer & Production Manager at Intel.


Extensive experience in Private Equity, Venture Equity, Retail, Manufacturing, Semiconductors, and B2B SaaS. Holds a Micro Electronics Engineering degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
