Within each dimension, we have an extensive checklist of criteria to assess the degree by which an organization has defined and implemented its BI Program. For example, within data we are assessing how well the organization orchestrates and manages data from data sources to dashboards. 

We partner with private equity sponsors to baseline Business Intelligence maturity across their portfolio to determine where to focus and how to support. We accomplish this through a dynamic 60-120 question survey that surfaces strengths and opportunities within the organization’s Business Intelligence Operating Model (Program).

At the completion of both the Survey or Rapid assessment, we will develop a maturity report that scores each Operating Model component 1-5 including rationale and recommendations.
