This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) tells you about the information that Strategic Ops Partners, LLC, (“SOP,” “we” or “our”) collects in connection with the operation of its website, via www.strategicopspartners.com the “Site”), how the information is used and how you can access and correct certain information that we may collect.

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected from you by SOP via the Site (including information sent to email addresses provided on the Site) and does not apply to information obtained or disclosed through offline correspondence or personal contacts with SOP’s representatives. We can only speak for ourselves; this policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that SOP does not own or control, or individuals that SOP does not employ or manage. If you provide your information to others on the Site or throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to the use or disclosure of the information you provide to them. We do not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other websites, even those linked to or from the Site. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW WE USE IT

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect some information we listed above about use of the Site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to improve the Site and our services. Google Analytics may also receive information about you from apps you have downloaded that partner with Google. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFER.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties based on the good faith belief that such action is necessary or appropriate to: (a) provide recruiting services on your behalf (b) protect and defend our rights or property, or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the safety or security of the public or of users of our services and/or the Site. In the event that we are involved in a transaction such as a merger, stock purchase or sale, or sale of substantially all of SOP’s assets, or undergo bankruptcy proceedings, your personal information may be transferred to the other party in such transaction or to the entity managing our assets, such as a receiver in bankruptcy. Other than as provided above, or as required by law, we will not trade, sell or share your personally identifiable information for use by any third party without your consent. We may share information collected from you, in an aggregated, non-identifiable form, with third parties to improve and market our services, for research purposes and to analyze and report market trends (benchmarking). 

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We are strongly committed to protecting the safety and privacy of children who visit the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 and the Site is not directed towards or intended to be used by children under 13. We encourage all parents to talk to their kids about online safety and to monitor their children’s use of the Internet.

SECURITY

All information gathered on the Site is stored within a database accessible only by us and by the third party vendor operating such database. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Without unreasonable delay, we will irretrievably delete your information. We may retain your information for longer periods to the extent that we are obliged to do so in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and/or we reasonably believe that retaining the information is necessary to protect our legal rights or legitimate business interests. 

BROWSER DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
